No CD?

I was hoping to receive a book with a CD in it, but that wasn't the case. This book is very hard to find in the States, so I am glad to have a copy of it and I like the one I received. The only thing is that it said it comes with a CD and it didn't. Other than that - nice condition, quick delivery, all perfect.
